To get rid of permanent marker marks from the hardwood floor, rub some toothpaste and rub it after a while with a sponge or microfiber cloth.

To get rid of the grout lines in between the tiles on your floor, use a toilet cleaner that contains bleach and a hard brush.
Remove the dark stains around the sides and corner of your bathtub by mixing vinegar and washing powder in equal proportions and leaving on the affected areas for 10 minutes. Use a hard brush to scrub away the dirt and stains.
