“Make a fist.” Such a simple directive and with an even simpler action that follows.
However, did you know that people make fists in different ways? More surprisingly, did you know that the way you make your fist reveals a lot about your personality?
The way you hold your fist can actually reveal something about the nature of your temper, your in-general attitude, and even your likely reaction in a given situation!
Naturally, there are exceptions to the rule. But before you read further—make a fist and see which one fits you best.
# Type A
Holding your fist this way reveals that you are a gentle person. Your thumb rests beside the other four fingers and you don’t clench. You are also sensitive, compassionate and considerate. Your actions and words take other people’s emotions into account, which makes you friendly and very easy to talk to.
On the inside, you are organized and strategic about anything you set your mind to. You are not an introvert, but not a loner either as you maintain a decent social exposure. Your impatience towards the things you pursue can be a bit of hindrance sometimes, but that’s manageable. Just careful of people who might take advantage of your niceness.
# Type B
If you hold your fist this way, you tend to be defined by your talent, charm, and charisma. You are an extrovert and ready to act on a moment’s notice. See how your thumb stretches out to cover the other four fingers? This implies that you don’t hold back your emotions. You are outspoken and say what you feel.
On the inside, you are very target-oriented and ambitious. Your ambition towards your goal drives you to move forward. You hide your dreams and don’t trust anyone easily. People tend to judge you the wrong way for your behavior but that’s their problem, not your yours.
# Type C
If your thumb hides behind your fingers when you hold your hand in a fist it shows clear signs of your introversion. You hide your innermost thoughts from everyone. You are a loner by choice and have a close circle of friends. The one thing you hate more than anything is drama. Honesty and straightforwardness is an attractive trait.
Internally, you are a person who loves space. You are willing to spend time with people but only up to a certain point. You detest wasting time and love meaningful, deep conversations. When people intrude your “me time” you get irritated. Although you are honest and frank, you are careful about not hurting others. Your personal space brings you calm and inner peace.
