The long-breath diet is an exercise recently discovered by the Japanese actor, Miki Ryosuke. By using the long-breath technique, the actor successfully shed 28.7 lbs and about 14.7 inches from his waistline within only a few weeks. It takes only a couple of minutes to do this exercise every day.

How the Exercise Works
The key is to be in the right position, inhale for 3 seconds, and exhale for a long 7 seconds. According to European doctors, breathing techniques are a way to lose weight because fat consists of oxygen, carbon, and hydrogen. When the oxygen we breathe through deep inhalation reaches the fat cells, it splits them into components of carbon and water. Therefore, the more oxygen our body uses, the more fat we burn.
How to Perform the Long-Breath Diet
Do this every day for 2–10 minutes and you’ll get the results you’ve been looking for.
⇒ Stand up and push one leg forward and the other back.
⇒ Clench your glute muscles tightly and transfer your weight to your back foot.
⇒Slowly inhale for 3 seconds, lifting your arms above your head.
⇒ Exhale forcefully for 7 seconds, straining all your body’s muscles.
This technique will also help strengthen your body’s muscles and increase metabolism.
