The Bermuda Triangle is quite possibly one of the greatest unsolved mysteries in the world. Hundreds of aircraft and ships have disappeared over the years under unexplainable circumstances.
But Science Channel claims that the mystery has FINALLY been solved!
Where is the Bermuda Triangle?
The Bermuda Triangle—also known as the Devil’s Triangle—is a loosely-defined region in the western part of the North Atlantic Ocean. Over the years, a large number of aircraft and ships have disappeared over the years with no explanation or understanding of what happened.
A research team consisting of scientists from the University of Colorado analyzed the mysterious clouds hanging over the triangle. Satellite imagery confirms the presence of unusual hexagonal clouds in the area. Expert meteorologists produced a theory that those clouds may act as real ‘air bombs’. The main cause of these‘air bombs’ are deadly blasts of air that exceed 170 miles per hour. These hurricane-like winds blow up the air and generate ocean waves that rise over 45 feet!
If this is the case, it’s only natural to have disappearances; no aircraft or ship could endure such battering weather.
Clouds don’t form straight edges. Only the Bermuda Triangle region is an exception. Experts, scientists, and meteorologists are paying more attention and looking to further research these circumstances after the announcement.
The existence of the Triangle first came into notice in 1945. 5 American torpedo bombers vanished without a trace in that area. Since that day, over 75 aircraft and several hundred ships have been lost in the triangle. The latest tragedy was in 2015 when the cargo ship ‘El Faro’ disappeared in the area.
